Nick and Hugh met as traveling teachers in South America, forging a brotherhood through art, creativity, and their shared Greek heritage. Dreaming of exploring Greece together, they saw an opportunity to merge their expertise—Hugh’s Actor’s Odyssey, known for artist retreats in Costa Rica and Nicaragua, and Nick’s Lykos, which fosters a creative, active lifestyle. Their Greece retreat is a natural fusion of their passions, set in one of the world’s most inspiring landscapes. With Actor’s Odyssey drawing from Homer’s epic and Lykos being the Greek word for Wolf, symbolizing self-led creativity, their collaboration is destined to bring like-minded individuals together for transformation by the Mediterranean Sea.

A leading voice in actor training, Hugh brings decades of expertise in performance, movement, and storytelling, guiding actors toward deeper truth, connection, and authenticity in their work.
Hugh’s expertise spans a wide range of disciplines aimed at unlocking human potential and creative expression. He specializes in human potential development, free play, and liberating creativity, helping performers break through mental barriers. His deep understanding of the mental game of performance is complemented by his mastery of Konstantin Stanislavski’s “Active Analysis,” cognitive and physical analysis, and the Michael Chekhov acting technique. Hugh also integrates mindfulness movement, meditation for performers, and imagination development into his coaching, fostering a holistic approach to artistic growth. His training includes audition preparation, performance coaching, acting for the camera, scene study, and playing Shakespeare, equipping actors with the skills to thrive in any medium. A professional dancer and actor for over 22 years, Nick has performed alongside some of the biggest names in entertainment, including Justin Bieber, Stevie Wonder, Ariana Grande, and Jennifer Lopez. His career spans from Broadway and film (La La Land, Hairspray, Babylon, Ghostbusters) to major television performances (Oscars, Grammys, SNL). Nick’s expertise bridges movement, storytelling, and performance, helping actors unlock physical presence, expression, and creative energy.
